I find Dr Rosa to be excellent . He has an excellent , relaxed approach . He is patient , listens and gives complete answers to any questions which I may have . His advice , I find , is very helpful . I feel total confidence in seeing him and asking advice etc. I have no suggestions as to any improvement areas as I am totally satisfied with my experiences with him.

I have taken my son to see Dr Rosa on a couple of occasions. Dr Rosa always makes you feel welcome, taking time to fully discuss symptoms and concerns making you feel valued as both a person and a patient. He also engages brilliantly with my 11 year old - asking him directly to explain his own symptoms instead of merely relying on my account. During our most recent visit he explained the possible cause of my son's symptoms, recommended a test to rule out a specific bacteria, prescribed medication, and also printed some reading literature about his condition which outlined practical steps that can be taken at home to prevent aggravating the condition further . I would highly recommend Dr Rosa to anyone in need of a kind, caring, and understanding family practitioner. I would also recommend Oakfield Health Centre generally.

Dr Rosa has visited my 96 year old mother at her home several times. He has always shown kindness and patience despite being put under substantial pressure to cover a large number patients in an unreasonably short time. At her age, my mother is understandably suffering from a combination of chronic health problems and prescribing medication to treat one without worsening others is a difficult balancing act which Dr Rosa manages sensitively with his thorough assessments. On the the last occasion my mother had developed an acute symptom which was extremely alarming to both her and me. Dr Rosa rapidly analysed her condition and recommended treatment that quickly improved her situation. His subsequent follow-up visit provided further reassurance for which we are deeply grateful.
